How long are the videos?+
5 seconds, 720p for paid clips, in 9:16 or 1:1.
Which photos work best?+
One animal, face clearly visible, good light. Avoid group shots, heavy filters and photos with people.
Can I upload photos of people?+
No. FurryFrame is for pets only — photos of people, celebrities or characters are not allowed.
How long does it take?+
Usually about a minute. You can leave the page; results stay in your history for 7 days.
Credits & payment
Is there a free option?+
Each account gets one free 5-second preview at 480p with a watermark.
How much does it cost?+
From $4.99/week (80 credits). An HD video costs 10 credits, a portrait 2 credits. See the pricing page for all plans.
What if a generation fails?+
Failed generations never cost credits — they're refunded automatically.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. See our refund policy.
Privacy
What happens to my photos?+
Original uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Generated clips are kept for 7 days so you can download them.
Do you train AI on my pet?+
No. We never use your photos to train models.
