We collect as little as we can, and delete photos fast.
What we collect
- Account: your email and name from Google sign-in.
- Uploads: the pet photos you upload, and the clips we generate.
- Billing: handled by Creem; we receive your email, plan, and order IDs — never your card.
- Usage: basic logs and privacy-friendly analytics.
Retention
- Original photos are deleted after 24 hours.
- Generated videos and images are kept for 7 days, then deleted.
- Account and credit ledger records are kept while your account exists and as required for tax/accounting.
Processors
Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare (hosting & storage), fal.ai (AI generation), Creem (payments). Photos are sent to fal.ai only to generate your result.
No training
We do not use your photos or results to train AI models.
